Hank and Kathy Moore, the owners of Oscars Cafe', traveled through Europe, Italy, and France as they noticed all the nice outdoor eateries. When they returned to the states they were driving through Zions when they noticed that Utah had there own outdoor restaurant. The next day after they ate there, and after some negotiation, they were proud to be the new owners of the restaurant.
Oscar's Cafe is a must on your to-do list when visiting Springdale and Zion National Park. This wonderful and charismatic cafe is set in the center of Springdale making it walking distance from many of the nearby lodging choices but also features ample free parking. Casual and laid back with delightful offerings and portions large enough to satisfy the biggest appetites you will soon understand their motto "Hungry? Don't blame Oscar's.
